NPR themselves say they depend on public funding. NPR’s *own website* says “Federal funding is essential to public radio’s service to the American public and its continuation is critical for both stations and program producers, including NPR.”

You know I’m an Elon fan, but NPR taking 1% gov funding in an average year (more in 2020 as with everyone) and calling them state-sponsored hypocrites means in Q4 Tesla was TWICE as state sponsored as NPR (~2% of rev).
