‼️ NEW: The FBI is STALLING the release of the trans Nashville shooter’s manifesto, according to Metro Nashville Council Member Courtney Johnston.
Johnston said the manifesto ending up “in the wrong person’s hands would be astronomically dangerous.”
She went on to refer to it
