Lira was charged with violating article 436-2 of Ukraine’s Criminal Code, parts 2 and 3, pertaining to wartime propaganda.
He created propaganda that allegedly glorified Russia’s war crimes.
He is a dual citizen of America and Chile.
Obviously this isn’t a crime in America,
