I look at this & I see a hostage video. The main issue is DEI quota systems are mandatory to not get your lights sued off in disparate impact discrimination lawsuits & every individual firing at a company. Change that & watch how fast the rest of this whole ideology changes.

He doesn’t care whether or not they can effectively fly an airplane - all that matters is race and gender.
