How are you able to fall asleep quickly enough for 10 minute naps to be helpful? It takes me an hour to fall asleep, so 10 minute naps don’t make much sense for me to try to attempt. It’s just laying there for 10 minutes with my eyes closed instead as my mind chatters at me.
