I had dinner last week with a young SpaceX employee who was hired directly by Elon.
This was after his mother and father both tragically passed.
Elon insisted that said young man learn to build rockets, hands on.
Changed his life.
Seems super selfish.

I love my team and have great respect for those who do a tough, honest day’s work on the production line or in service and they know it (certainly hope they do).
