It’s downright appalling that federal prosecutors tried to use the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, passed to penalize white-collar crime in the aftermath of Enron, to prosecute peaceful Jan 6 protestors. Thankfully the Supreme Court just stepped in to stop this level of prosecutorial abuse,
