now that my @Tesla on 12.4.2 drives 99% of the time i would like a couple of features to get that last 1%: - fine grained navigation at the beginning and end of the trip where i can manually adjust the exact path where i start and near where i want to park at the destination -

Safety first, then the convenience features. Some of this stuff like the rolling stop is technically illegal, so NHTSA gets upset, but 99% of people do it.
