X should create a public version of bookmarks called "collections." This would solve two problems: 1. Playlists: You can now create video playlists. 2. Collating information: You can share a collection of posts that are relevant to a topic (ideal for citing sources)

It'd be cool if it were possible to create public bookmark folders on X! Would be a good way to make and share lists of posts. What do you think?
