Yes but the US GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TASKED WITH INTERFACING W/ BRAZIL & STOPPING BRAZIL FROM DOING THIS must face penalties from you guys in Congress.
You have MUCH MORE SWAY OVER THEM than you do over Brazil. MAKE IT MORE PAINFUL FOR THEM TO SUPPORT CENSORSHIP THAN FREE SPEECH.
