George W. Bush signed "Diversity Equity Inclusion" into the Law of the Land in July 2008 Nancy Pelosi's Housing & Economic Recovery Act (HERA) included a change to Banking Civil Rights Law Namely: >"striking 'Equal Opportunity' and inserting 'Inclusion; Diversity Requirements'"
