If I raped a Pakistani Muslim girl whilst calling her a "brown slut" / "Muslim dog" and was subsequently prosecuted for it, I would definitely have racial and religious Hate Crime additions to the charge of rape. This doesn't happen when Muslims rape white girls though. Why not?
