He is partly right regarding the Russia/Ukraine conflict. However, even there, the front line has become primarily a drone war. He is absolutely wrong, unfortunately, for wars fought even a few years from now. Autonomous, long-range drones (no operator needed if signal jammed) will make tanks and crewed aircraft obsolete. Infantry with no electronics have a chance if you detonate extremely powerful EMF bombs or use directed EMF to destroy electronics.
