Microsoft blatantly lied to @SenTedCruz about its deep ties to Newsguard. Not only do they think they have the right to censor you, but they think you’re dumb enough that they can lie and get away with it.

One month ago, Microsoft promised @SenTedCruz it would disavow NewsGuard, the for-profit censorship software firm that singlehandedly decimated or bankrupted 100s of conservative news sites. Yet since the disavowal, Microsoft is still recommending NewsGuard. Why?
