The chemical energy required to launch a Starship is around 14 GWh equivalent. At a rate of one launch per hour, that would be ~336 GWh per day.
That’s about 13.3× Tucson’s daily delivered electricity, or 1.7× Los Angeles’s daily electricity consumption, or the energy equivalent
