In Sondrio on the Italian/Swiss border a migrant, 24, from Mali raped a woman aged 44. He also bit her ear off, she is in intensive care.
The blood soaked migrant was found with documents & bank card in his backpack.
He has been charged with sexual assault, robbery, & GBH.
