Three things Republicans should add to SAVE Act:
1) make Election Day a national holiday;
2) partner with Uber/Lyft/Tesla to provide rides to voting locations for citizens without cars;
3) 3x voting locations in dense urban areas.
Take all the bullshit arguments off the table.
