Yohannes "John" Tewolde was the clerk at Richmond Market in SF. A new US citizen, hard working, just recovering from heart surgery. The 60-year-old clerk was beaten by a suspect trying to steal beer.
Tewolde died after days in a coma.

Trump also waived arraignment.
