Is this seriously what the current administration considers discrimination?
@CommunityNotes
Crémieux@cremieuxrecueil· 11. Okt. 2024OK, this is just absurd now. The Biden-Harris administration has attacked three emergency services agencies in a week because apparently these exams are too hard for Black people.
Want to see how hard this exam is? Let's look at some questions.

The press gets grumpy when we don’t invite them 😂
Better if people just see video clips from the event and judge for themselves.
Shaun Maguire@shaunmmaguire· 12. Okt. 2024I was surprised to see the Tesla hate today
I was at the event last night and I was blown away
Tesla had ~30 humanoids walking around
- untethered
- interacting for hours
- with hundreds of humans getting close
Hardware is 10x harder than software and Optimus was rock solid

The man could cure cancer, take us to Mars and miraculously walk on water and half this country would still hate Elon. Not surprising at all, unfortunately.

For my time-based predictions, I generally aim for the 50% percentile date, which means that half my predictions will be late and half will be early. The press never mentions the predictions that were early, so it seems like I’m always late.
However, it is very rare that a prediction I make does not come true over time.
Jared Isaacman@rookisaacman· 11. Okt. 2024I try to offer balanced takes, which makes me politically uninteresting, but I wanted to share some thoughts on the recent We, Robot event.
Through one lens, Tesla is a public company with a premium valuation that often rides a rollercoaster of momentum. Some investors are 'all

Still zero people connected by the government program where they revoked the SpaceX award
Brendan Carr@BrendanCarrFCC· 11. Okt. 2024This week, the Biden-Harris Admin said “we are well on our way” to connecting everyone with high-speed Internet.
Well on the way? Their $42 billion effort isn’t even underway.
After 1️⃣,0️⃣6️⃣1️⃣ days, not one person has been connected through that effort & no builds have started.

Looks like Starship might fly on Sunday!
This the largest & most powerful flying object ever made at more than double the thrust of the Saturn V Moon rocket.
We will try to catch it upon return to launch site using the Mechazilla arms like giant chopsticks (like Karate Kid)!

Important: those paying attention, such as my friend Shaun @sequoia, aren’t surprised anymore when leaders of the “woke” movement also want to kill Jews.
Just like they hate “white oppressors”.
This nonsense needs to go - out of our companies, out of our schools & government!
Shaun Maguire@shaunmmaguire· 10. Okt. 2024Shocker: one of the founding fathers of modern wokeism, Ta-Nehisi Coates, would struggle not to participate in October 7th if he were Palestinian

The “weak makes right” principle of the left, where those perceived to be the oppressed are always right, is the foundational axiomatic error.
Should be that right makes right, as it is possible for either the stronger or the weaker party to be doing the right thing.
