Argentina has to have free international currency exchange, equal rule of law for all, domestic and foreign, and a balanced budget. Prosperity will then follow, as it always has.

NEWS: SpaceX's @Starlink has been conducting very important tests in Romania for several months in collaboration with the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM).
The test will determine if Starlink can operate at higher equivalent power flux
