Have you consider using @boringcompany TBM for making under grounding transmission lines competitive vs overhead? This would solve lots of issues related to weather downtime and city aesthetics?And you already have to lay down Wiring for Existing TBM (until batteries are use)

Yeah, great point. Underground power lines would clear up the skyline, be safer to service, have better uptime & save lives of many birds.
