Results of my bipartisan amendment to ban transfer of cluster munitions to other countries, including Ukraine. It failed 178 to 253, but we got a recorded vote and here is the link to the roll call. How did your representative do?

Tonight I led a bipartisan coalition offering this amendment:
None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to transfer cluster munitions to any foreign country.

America has always condemned use of cluster bombs, because they result in civilian casualties even long after the war is over.
How can we now advocate their use?
