We told investors this. No controls+fraud. To them, FTX’s “efficiency” was evidence they had something special, secret sauce, something that allowed them to operate at 20x the speed with 1/20 the staff. Kraken and Coinbase must just be bloated, uncreative, lazy and bureaucratic.
