Be careful hiring the ideologically compromised in droves. Wouldn't want a similar power grab happening at Microsoft

Why do openAI employees seem weirdly susceptible to groupthink? Why is brockman hearting ilya's non-apology? Why did Ilya/board think they had employees in their pocket? Why is ideology being lauded over creating value, even now? This culture seems off?
