I believe there was another time in American history where bad actors tried to scam the census using human beings nefariously brought here from complicit countries using NGOs.
I’m about 3/5s sure of it.

This results in Dem states getting roughly 20 more House seats, which is another strong incentive for them not to deport illegals.
