Audible has no trouble with the idea of giving your book away for free, because your book doesn't cost Audible anything. All costs of production are borne by you, the author, typically 5-15K per book.

Boston Matt@Mattman34· 25 mars 2024@SouthernKeeks It’s fantastic. I much prefer the audiobooks that are read by the actual authors; and I usually wait for the promos they send me regularly with 3 free book credits. I’ve amassed 43 audiobooks so far that I haven’t had to pay for.
