m 235 bomb is so simple, at least relatively, you just shoot a bullet into the ball of U235 and it will detonate.
The problem is, it’s very hard to separate U235 from U238. 100s or 1000s of centrifuges need to spin for years.
Plutonium bombs on the other hand, use plutonium
