.@theinformation wrongly reported today that the team working on Tesla's new Roadster were caught off guard by Elon's post a couple months ago that the vehicle would do 0-60mph in under 1 second.
Elon already confirmed in May of 2021 it would do a 0-60mph time of ~1.1
