An Algerian asylum seeker kidnapped and raped an Irish girl in 2000 and got just 6 years in prison.
The judge told him that if he was Irish he would have been sentenced to 10 years.
Then in 2003 he was back in court for another rape from 2000.
He got 10 years for that one
