Another giant W today: SCOTUS finally terminated "Chevron Deference" which for 40 years has forced courts to defer to the interpretations of federal agencies. This crazy doctrine gave the federal gov't "home court advantage" & anyone challenging it had to win by KO. No more 👋🫡

A huge victory to check the administrative state, and restore the balance of power USA founders intended.
