NEW: ICE Boston has arrested a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border in June 2021 & is now charged with the aggravated rape of a pregnant woman. Per law enforcement sources, it happened in a migrant hotel in Peabody, MA, and during a court hearing on Tuesday
