The Biden DOJ literally outsourced “tracking” of political opponents straight and directly to the SPLC.
America First Legal@America1stLegal· 3 oct. 2025/5 Kristen Clarke, then-Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, personally asked SPLC to flag “civil rights matters” for DOJ to track.
This is a blatant outsourcing of federal power to a group whose mission is to “destroy” its political opponents.
