This is Mobarak Almutairi - a small boat migrant from Kuwait.
He's just been convicted of TWENTY sexual offences against children, including possession of 4,000 vile images. Some of the victims were just 8 years-old.
He was sentenced to 3yrs and 8months. 🇬🇧
