Hand up, not a large Tesla investor and I do have bias because I know how hardcore the engineering teams are across our groups that @elonmusk personally vets.
But……. WHY IN THE F, as a shareholder, would you NOT vote YES to the Tesla proposal on compensation for the CEO?
