my parents were teaching me to read before kindergarten, when i was older my dad would run through the multiplication tables with me over the weekends when we were driving around running errands i remember lots of little things like that it makes a difference

My parents didn’t teach me anything academic. I started first grade at age 5 unable to spell a single word. Preschool doesn’t matter.
