Worth remembering that the ~9k Starlink sats in space right now have recently gone through two historic solar events (S4/5 and G4/5) within the last 3 months. Starlink folks are well aware of how bit flipping impacts sat performance.

Deterministic parts of the code, such as the operating system, are already addressed by various methods like triple-voting redundancy.
