@elonmusk any insight on the best nightly SoC for battery longevity? 90%, 70%, 50%?
Any software fix for unbalanced cells due to sub 90% nightly charges?

Not worth going below 80% imo. Even 90% is still fine. Also, no issue going to 5% or lower SoC.

I thought this project was a bust per news reports? Are you still going to fight the EIR issues the residents are arguing your project didn't comply with pass is it BS...aka fake news?

We’re doing an EIR for the greater LA tunnel network. Thought we might need a N-S test tunnel (hence Sepulveda proposal), but we’re just going to do rock core samples along that corridor instead.

This is completely backwards. Based on what we’ve learned from the Hawthorne test tunnel, we’re moving forward with a much larger tunnel network under LA. Won’t need a second test tunnel under Sepulveda.
