Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal· 27 déc. 2024🇺🇸 ELON: STOP TRYING TO OPTIMIZE SOMETHING THAT SHOULDN’T EXIST
“Everyone’s been trained in high school and college that you answer the question — convergent logic.
You can’t tell the professor 'your question is dumb' or you’ll get a bad grade, you have to answer the question.

The reason I’m in America along with so many critical people who built SpaceX, Tesla and hundreds of other companies that made America strong is because of H1B.
Take a big step back and FUCK YOURSELF in the face. I will go to war on this issue the likes of which you cannot possibly comprehend.

Nobody wants H1B to be abused, including Elon. That just means fewer spots for people we actually need.
Reform should be focused on eliminating abuse, raising standards, and simplifying the process for legitimate skilled professionals

We Need Major Election Reform
▪️Right to in-person voting is absolute
▪️Mandate paper ballots
▪️Voter photo ID requirement
▪️15 day voter registration deadline
▪️15 days of early in-person voting, including weekends

I’ve been scrolling through approved H-1B visas all morning and it’s far worse than I thought. I’m talking janitors, line cooks, secretaries, and every entry level position you can think of.
The worst culprit by far is Cognizant who got almost 7,000 H-1B visas approved in 2024

This happens daily in Silicon Valley and it needs to end. Much of the talent shortage in tech is due to woke HR and hiring managers openly discriminating against very competent White men.
CEOs should understand that their HR teams are lying to them and rejecting good candidates
