Grok 4.7 is insanely good.
The model is not the bottleneck anymore. I believe harness reliability and everything around it is...
I read almost every comment on my "Week 1 at SpaceXAI" post, and one thing surprised me.
Not many people said "make Grok smarter", but rather make the agents and bots finish the work 😅

> don't get stuck and wait for me to notice
That's actually a great problem to have. People are already using Grok for real work (love that!). Now the rest of the system needs to be as reliable as the model is capable.
Tools, browser, memory, state, retries, errors... There are so many ways an agent can fail even when the model knows exactly what to do.
Been working on some of that 👀

Rewards will go out every two weeks. Rewards are based on usage:
• How many people use your Bots. Are your Bots useful and popular?
• How often your Bots are used. Are your Bots providing consistent value over time?
For your templates to be eligible for rewards, you must:
• Post about your public Bots (and specifically link to them) on X ≥ 2x per pay period
• Have X Money set up
• Payouts will be sent as part of X’s Original Content Rewards for now.

Think about it. People use data in bursts. Robots, robotaxis, and AI agents use it nonstop, and they need coverage everywhere.
Starship is what makes it scale. Bigger payloads mean direct-to-cell, and satellites with extra solar and radiators could handle orbital compute.
Throw in reported Nvidia chips and Starlink starts looking less like a pipe and more like a compute layer!
For cars, that means Grok that never loses signal.

10 years ago today, @elonmusk announced his Mars plans in the form of the Interplanetary Transportation System, now known as Starship at the 2016 IAC in Guadalajara, Mexico. This was when he used the underpants gnome meme and I’ve always wondered if back then he already knew Starlink would be the key to SpaceX’s future followed by AI prospects, or was it still just rocket launch services that thought would be the money maker.
PS: I was there and it was the first time I asked Elon anything at a press conference. I remember being pretty nervous. I never imagined I’d hold multi-hour conversations about rockets just a few years later.
