For those unfamiliar, this uses Tesla Autopark/Summon. Slightly smarter version hopefully ready soon. By next year, a Tesla should be able to drive around a parking lot, find an empty spot, read signs to confirm it’s valid & park.

From my law enforcement source: the feds would have to find proof ie an email, a document, something tangible hat showed that @Tesla officials or @elonmusk was lying re the production sked. not impossible but really difficult $TSLA

@elonmusk what about those without the PUP package but with Performance Model? Can we drop free supercharging and get just the brakes installed?? Really want the Track Mode... Day 1 stood on line and wasn’t told track mode was PUP only or else I would have got it :(

Yes. Will require tapping indicator to confirm at first. When safety looks good after 10M miles of driving or so, there will be an option to turn off confirm.
