How can this be called a “continuing resolution” if it includes a 40% pay increase for Congress?

They denied a 36 to 50 increase in launches proposal from Vandenberg citing Elon’s political views as a cause for concern.
Now the Pentagon has overridden that decision and will be increasing it to 100 launches per year. 🚀
