What percentage of Community Nptes that you’ve seen are off the mark and can you cite examples? They are extremely accurate, in my experience. And everyone is subject to being Noted, including major advertisers and me. A controversial post may have thousands of replies, so it is de facto impossible for the public to parse them all and understand what is most likely true. The Notes requirement that groups who historically disagree must agree for a Note to be shown is extremely powerful. Notes also ensures that there is a penalty for being wrong or engaging in deception, as those who are frequently Noted lose credibility.

Most large AI systems are currently extremely wasteful with how much energy is spent on data transfer (moving same bits around) vs compute. Tesla estimate is that at least an order of magnitude improvement is possible.

This is the death spiral: The average age of Italian women at first marriage is 33 years old, at first childbirth, 32. Even allowing for births outside of wedlock, the Italian TFR of 1.2 isn't surprising. If nuptial/fertility patterns keep up another 30 years, it's over.
